API User forum

API consuming partners will be invited to quarterly user forums hosted by GlobalConnect.

The purpose of the user forum is to drive continuous improvement of the API platform and to build collective intelligence amongst all users.

We will do that by relying on the Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle for Continuous Improvement.
