Restrictions


Perform Coverage Search


Coverage Search
We provide you all available services and prices from GlobalConnect on the current address given for the Coverage Search (indicative prices are given for off-net services). It will give you information about main access service and add-on services.
There are no restrictions on Coverage Search. You will get all available services and prices from us, both on-net and off-net. For off-net services, it will provide only indicative prices. The address search can be done with GAB-id or by regular address information such as street name, house number, post code, city etc. GAB is a public register covering all land properties, addresses and buildings in Norway.

Place New Order


New Order
We provide you the ability to place a new order directly from your own system. It does so by re-using information about main access service and add-on services retrieved from the Coverage Search.
There are some restrictions on New Order. You can only place new order for on-net services with prices available. Bulk orders are not supported.

Certain add-on services are mandatory when ordering a main service. Through the Coverage Search you will get information on mandatory add-on services.

Find Order Information


Order Information
We provide you detailed information about any order (both in delivery phase or when completed).
There are no restrictions on Find Order Information. You will get information on all orders belonging to you or your end-customers.

Place Cancellation Order


Cancellation Order
We provide you the ability to cancel any new order before it has reached order confirmation state.
There are restrictions on Cancellation Order. You can only place cancellations for new orders.

Place Change Order


Change Order
We provide you the ability to place a change order directly from your own system. A change order can be either speed change (upgrade, downgrade, conversion) or relocation.
You can only place change order for on-net services with prices available. A change order is either a speed change or a relocation order. Speed change includes upgrade, downgrade and speed change with conversion of technology e.g. xDSL to Fiber. Relocation orders are concerned with moving existing service to different address. A combination of relocation and speed change is also allowed. Conversion from higher to lower technology is not allowed e.g. Fiber to xDSL.

Place Termination Order


Termination Order
We provide you the ability to terminate any active subscription.
There are no restrictions on Termination Orders. You can terminate any active subscription belonging to you or your end-customers.

Get planned work


Planned Work
We provide you information about how your access lines are affected by planned work in GlobalConnect. The service will give you information about the type of work planned, and the duration of the downtime.
There are no restrictions on Planned Work. You will get information on all access lines belonging to you or your end-customers.
